This time of year when the weather gets cool, the shorts and swimsuits get put away, and the sweaters come out, it’s too easy to start indulging in more comfort foods and worry less about eating healthy (at least for me). I’m a firm believer that healthy food can still taste amazing though, and you can still have comfort food using real, wholesome ingredients.
