Ideas for Avocado: Bacon Avocado Salad

This Bacon Avocado Salad is so simple, but can be made to look very elegant if you want to serve it for something fancy.

I love incorporating avocado into salads, and pairing it with bacon is even better.  I’m thinking about putting this salad out on Thanksgiving to hold guests over until the turkey and everything else are done.

This salad would make a nice appetizer or lunch. And did I mention it is soooo delicious!

Thanks for stopping by Mike! You and I totally agree when it comes to these four ingredients, I almost always have them in my fridge. I hope you give the salad a try because it is really good!
